Had to pay an additional 'tourist tax' at the hotel because I had booked through lastminute.com. Also paid for parking at the airport which NCP failed to recognise when I tried to leave the car park. I then had to pay again!
General Comments
Booked flights, hotel and car parking through lastminute.com. None of the services I booked were particularly cheap. When I settled up at the hotel they charged me an additional 'tourist tax' (£7) because I booked through lastminute.com. When I got home and tried to retrieve my car from the pre-paid (through lastminute.com) on-airport NCP car park, they refused to accept the booking number supplied by lastminute.com. After arguing for 30 minutes I eventually had to pay again (£17). Lastminute.com have refused to even discuss compensation, explaining that in some way it's my fault!
