Good Points

Quality of goods is excellent. Fast delivery, and efficient returns service.


Bad Points

Their telephone sales personnel definitely need more training. I recently made a telephone order for curtains 60ins x 60ins or the nearest size above that, and I received two small panels measuring 60cms x 60cms.


General Comments

I will continue to purchase goods from la Redoute, with confidence in the quality, but I will purchase via the internet rather than the telephone in future. I found the telephone sales person quite frustrating to deal with because of her lack of knowledge.
