Awful customer service. It was a bureaucratic nightmare to confirm my cars factory standard alarm and immobiliser. Would you think that 2 letters from a garage would be enough? As it stands my car is still not really covered for theft, as I cannot muster sufficient secure 'proof'. Unbelievable! I would not use again or recommend to others.
