Bad Points
Everything, poor customer service and ignorant staff- that is when they can even understand you!
General Comments
After approximately 13 years with HSBC I have finally got fed up of the appalling service I have received. I am ashamed to say that I stayed for ease but they have finally pushed me too far. Beware, aggressive staff who constantly give out wrong information and a poor complaints process; i.e. no-one ever calls you back. Put your money somewhere safer!
