General Comments

Unfortunately, I didn't search for reviews before taking out this policy with E&L. Similar to so many of the pet reviews on this site with E&L, the same must be said for their caravan insurance. They had no problems with providing me with insurance from the details I gave them. I paid my premiums every year. However when it came to them settling a claim when my caravan was stolen and recovered trashed, they said that the compound it was stolen from was not secure enough, despite it having a barbed wire perimeter fence, steel padlocked gates, CCTV, floodlights, mobile patrols, and the owner living next to it.
