Good Points
Size, appearance, weight, color screen, M25 camera, no dropped calls, price, adaptability, fun.

Bad Points
Haven't run across one except that I don't like dancing through hoops to download themes, music and photos.

General Comments
I have had my T300 since January 20, 2003 and spend as much time with it that my kids used to spend on video games. I love surfing the web and finding out how versatile the little thing is. There is a very small MP3 player that can be attached as well as a tiny flashlight, laser pointer and perhaps a miniature keyboard. It is a Swiss army knife! The ability to take a picture and send it is one of the reasons I bought it for US $80. The pictures are clear on the PC monitor rather than on the screen of the phone. I also like the phone clarity.
