General Comments

The Flamingo Beach Hotel in Kenya is in a great setting, and the safari gave us an unforgettable look at the wild life.
The public areas, reception, bar, restaurant, and pool of the hotel are stylish and spacious. The rooms are plain but OK. The bathrooms are dated. The air con was noisy and not very effective. The washing water is very salty, and you just don't ever feel clean. 5 days suffering from food poisoning is unforgivable, and tipping (25 tips in 2 weeks) endemic. Safari vehicles were poorly maintained (broken suspension).
