General Comments

I went to the SunBeach Caribbean World resort with my husband, 9 year old son and 70 year old disabled parents. When we booked we requested a ground floor room for my parents, as mum walks with a stick and cannot manage stairs. They gave her a first floor room, and there was no lift. We did try to complain about the problem, but suddenly no one was able to speak English. MY mum spent most of the week in her room. The temp was 35 degrees, and the air conditioning did not work. You are miles away from anywhere. Take your own drinks as the hotel all inclusive is very limited (no spirits). Take biscuits or you will starve. Do not go on any trips as they are not what they seem. We are still waiting for compensation, and we are so far being ignored by Med Hotels.
