General Comments

I purchased a round trip ticket to Phuket in Thailand on October the 28th with 1-800-Cheapseats, and was charged. Everything was going smoothly... I made reservations with the hotel, and organised events in Thailand, and then on the 31st of October I get an email telling me they cannot honor the reservation for the tickets (at least I think, the person needs to learn english).. here is what they emailed me... "Thank you for booking your reservation request with us! Unfortunately we are not able to honor your reservation. The airlines that you have chosen do not have ticketing agreements with eac hother, and do not have ticketing agreements with our company. Please go back online and rebook."

What a place to do business with!

First of all I didn't choose any of the airlines, they did that for me.
And second of all, if none of the airlines have ticketing agreements with the company, then why are they selling tickets from them?
