Good Points

Easy to use & clean
Wide Range of coffee available
Service from Nespresso is good
Makes the best coffee I have tasted from a home machine


Bad Points

Pricy compared with some other Coffee systems, but I think it's worth every penny


General Comments

I have always loved strong coffee, but struggled with previous home machines to get anything like decent results.
The Nespresso system is excellent with a good range of flavours from the mild to pure rocket fuel (no prizes for guessing my favourite!). Even the decaff is superb, something I never thought I would say.
The machine itself is well built, and I agree with other comments - don't bother with the auto version, this does everything you need. It makes 1st class espresso or americano, and good cappucino with practice.
I think the pod cost is acceptable at 23p now, I always ended up throwing half used packs of ground coffee away before - with this system there is no waste.
I have now made about 1000 cups with mine, and it's still working perfectly. I use filtered water as I live in very hard water area, and have only descaled twice.
I cannot recommend this machine highly enough, all my friends have been amazed at the quality of the coffee which is comparable with High Street coffee bars, go buy one you will not regret it!
