Proliferation of call centres- telephone, online, corporate - leads to calls being bounced around.
General Comments
As a long-standing customer with various business and personal accounts I have first-hand experience of the widespread deterioration in Bank of Scotland standard of service.
The most recent problems have been poor quality work in integrating the different IT systems resulting in data being corrupted and lost.
