Good Points

Found customer service to be courteous and responsive to my request.


Bad Points

As stated by all others - Just a menu system of links. Many I visited required additional payment to download their products.


General Comments

MP3 Download was not at all what I was looking for - a single point to download MP3s. What they offered is what anyone can find by browsing the WEB. May have some value by assembling lots of links for you, but not worth what they are asking.

While registering, I did not like the little check boxes, scattered across several pages, which incurred additional expenses if left checked!

I must say that I was impressed by their customer service which canceled my subscription with no objection. I was within the seven day money back window.

Will have to wait to see how fast the credit is applied to my card..
