It's small stylish design, and the external screen to keep you updated on such things as battery life.
Reception quality and caller ID.
Very robust - I have dropped it dozens of times, and it has survived every time.
Bad Points
Low battery life - Mine only lasts 3 and a half days under general use.
General Comments
I like the style of the Samsung A800 mobile phone. It's the smallest phone I've had, and I have had it for two years without any problems. It's curvy sleek design still knocks some of the newer models flat on their backs! The cool blue back-light is great in all lighting conditions, and I can see mine clearly in the light and dark.
