Poor support, FTP no longer working, and they cut me off


General Comments

One And One decided at one time to just cut me off without warning. I had no access to my email and my webspace was blocked, all due to a credit card that had expired -- which I did not realise, and OneAndOne did not have the initiative to actually inform me that it had expired, so 1 month later they just cut me off. It took nearly 2 weeks to get everything reinstated despite giving them up-to-date credit card details the day after they cut me off. Also, I can no longer upload files via FTP larger than 1 KB. I have contacted their tech support who deny any problem. I can upload files to webspace elsewhere using the same FTP program on the same computer. So why do One And One block me from using my own webspace? I am currently looking for a new webhost to move asap.
