General Comments

I ordered some nursery furniture in September from D & A Nursey and Toys. I was advised that this would take 4 weeks to deliver, which was fine - we had 2 months or so before the baby arrived. Credit card was debited straight away, but 4 weeks later still no sign of furniture - only the (free) mattress had been delivered. When we called to see where it was, only then were we advised that they had no stock, and had to order from the manufacturer.... this was expected to take another 4 weeks!!
a) They shouldn't take your money, knowing full well they haven't got the goods;
b) They should have told us the stuff wasn't in stock when we ordered - NOT when we expected to be putting it all together in the nursery.
It's now far too late to order from anyone else because they have lead times too.
Here's hoping we get something this week, or baby will be sleeping on a mattress only.

What is most disappointing about this company is the only contact we have had with them is from us getting in touch with them.
Price 10/10, Customer Service so far 0/10.
Maybe I'll be able to update this this week.

p.s. This is the only time I have felt the need to write a review on an online company.
