General Comments
I was quoted a price of $19.95 from BinaryBiz, to recover less than 1GB of lost data. After entering my credit card information, I was told that my credit card had been approved for the amount of $104.95! I immediately cancelled the service and did not use it but BinaryBiz refused to give a refund. They told my credit card company that they had given me an ALL SALES FINAL policy. Not only was that policy never presented to me, but there was NEVER a total given, or a request for confirmation before my credit card was charged.

You probably signed up for a subscription program and didn't read what you were doing. They have fixed the order process since the last time I used the app and it's a lot easier. I know someone who works there and they have addressed many of the issues you are talking about.
