Took days to answer the phone
General Comments
I received a letter from Powergen to have cavity insulation and loft insulation at a reduced price. I called the free phone number for days. I left messages on their system but they never called back. I emailed them twice but they never replied. I then received mail shot from British Gas offering the same deal. I called there number and they answered right away. A man called round one week later and the job is being done in two weeks time. I dont even have gas on my farm !!!!!.
Powergen dont really want my business so be it. I will change my power supplier now so Powergen will lose out on everything soon.
