Good Points

Nice car, with plenty of poke in it when you put your foot down, cheap on fuel, nice looking car, especially when it's got the alloys and all the extras.

Bad Points

It's now sitting in a garage 1 month after being serviced! It's on a 51 plate, and has 36k miles on the clock with full Seat service history, and the gear box and drive shaft have gone - with no warning, no light, no noise under the bonnet. One day I noticed oil and took it to the garage, and now I can't drive. It is costing me £2500 to fix it, and I've only had it 9 months!!!

General Comments

I like the look of the Seat Leon, and the performance is good, but I'm just so gutted that such a new car (51 plate) with so little miles on the clock has had such a BIG problem costing £2500. This is a 4 year old car, which has been serviced annually. There has been no warning. I am lucky I have got a boyfriend that noticed the smell of oil, otherwise I would have broken down somewhere not knowing what on earth to do. I am really upset that I've spent so much money on the car. I am only 20 years old, so to me this is a lot of money, and now I have got to pay out again!!
