Good Points
Illuminates under-eye circles very well and restores radiance. If you often wake up feeling a bit gloomy then get this one, quick!
Bad Points
It is too creamy to be used on spots, but I think you need separate concealers to do different jobs anyway.
General Comments
The Revlon Skinlights Illusion Wand concealer is a twist-up pen, and it has a generous amount of light-reflecting particles and tightening plant extracts. I never believed this, but it DOES illuminate dark circles and brighten up any sluggish complexion. The packaging probably isn't so great, but it is a brilliant alternative to Touche clat (unlike YSL, this one comes in 3 shades) as few of us can really afford it!
