General Comments

Fresh Freedom is the worst mobile provider I've ever dealt with! Bought a SIM from the Carphone Warehouse and then tried to port my existing number. Total nightmare. Fresh didn't get a thing right and in the end I just gave up and asked for THEM to give me a new port number so I could go elsewhere.

Fresh often forget to tell potential customers that you have to arrange porting BEFORE you actually purchase the Sim package.

There is no point having important customer service information hidden inside a package which becomes non-refundable after the seal is broken.

This also happens with T-Mobile, who happily publish their costs for calling landlines and mobiles, yet it is not until AFTER you have opened the Sim package that you discover that 0845, 0870 and freephone numbers will be charged at 40p per minute.

They have also recently hiked the price for using GPRS from £3.00 to £7.00 per Mb.
