General Comments

I've flown with SAS on 170 round trips, along with other airlines within the past 4 years, and I can honestly vouch for the good points. They are extremely reliable. Perhaps a little disappointing when they started charging for snacks in economy on European flights (long haul food is free in all classes), but this is a trend with a lot of airlines in Europe nowadays. The food they sell is very good though.
The leg room is generous in all classes, at least on the MD-80/90 fleet, except seats 1A and 1E/F.
They are very punctual, and in the event of cancellations (which are very rare) they give you a hotel, free flights, and sometimes upgrades.
