General Comments

Never use UPS. I had a signature required package attemptd to be delivered on 10/13. I was unable to be home until 10/18. I changed the ship day on the UPS web site. After waiting most of the day for delivery I called the 800 number. They told me it should be shipped on that day. A few hours later I called again. They assured me it would be delivered that day because their computer showed that as a delivery date. Apparently there is no way for them to verify anything. A few hours later I called again. They said they would have someone call me. His response was this what do you want to do about your package. Nice appology. I said I wanted it and would come and get it. Eighty miles later I was home with my package. I sent UPS an email letting them know how I had been treated. Their response was Our recoreds show it was delivered to your address on 10/18 at 6:30pm. I order a lot off the internet. UPS will never ship one of my packages again!!
