Good Points

No smudging, and it stays on if my eyes water! It really is waterproof, yet easily washes off!


General Comments

I have used Cover Girl Remarkable Waterproof Washable mascara for probably 7 years now, and every once in a while I try something new, but I am never as satisfied. It really is waterproof and easily washes off. It is great for me, because with my contacts I often have watery eyes, and I hate it when my mascara runs! But I hate waterproof mascara that NEVER comes off! This is the only product that I have found that offers both the waterproof and the washable! Nothing can beat it if this is what you want!!
