Bad Points
Poor variety of equipment choices. Service-specific firmware. NO BLUETOOTH HARDWARE IS AVAILABLE, NOR ON THE HORIZON IN THE US!
General Comments
Virgin Mobile USA offer satisfactory service and availability. Customer service is fair, but not the brightest bulbs in the string (tend to emit technical BS). Highest degree of simplicity for establishing and maintaining account.
