Good Points

Never run out of stock, free shipping, no sales tax, over 300,000 products (not only shoes, but also handbags, luggage, apparel, prices are pretty low, good sales (when you register),


Bad Points

some of the descriptions of the products aren't that great, but it's manageable.


General Comments

A lot of people have recommended Zappos to me for shoes, but by far I have to say Shoebuy is better. I've clicked on a shoe so many times at Zappos only to find it's out of stock; then I go over to Shoebuy and they have it! Shipping is free, and so is return shipping, so I can order a couple of pairs, try them all on, and send back the ones I don't want for free. My only complaint has to be that some of the handbags have really inadequate descriptions, but overall, I love the site. I also like the fact that they also have luggage, bags, athletic apparel, and other accessories (I just found a collection of ESO watches on the site too!). Definitely recommend it, especially for holiday shopping!
