Good Points

Good customer service. Better cover than AA were able to offer at same rates. Specialist bike repairers, but covered my car too.

General Comments

A mate recommended NCI breakdown cover to me for my motorcycle breakdown, as they are the only company who offer true breakdown cover for bikers (they send a bike mechanic). They were also able to cover my car on the same policy, which worked out cheaper than the AA, and I got better cover.
