Beautiful appearance, wide range of features.
Some clumsy menu options.
I've had the Samsung E720 for a few days now and am finding it a delight. As well as being a lovely looking bit of kit, the functions are outstanding. The call quality is fine for me; they have obviously addressed the reception problems people have had. Video quality is smooth, unlike my pevious phones, which looked like a 1900s showreel. The graphics, as well as being very attractive, are also very detailed and thought out - there is only a slight difference in quality between the main screen and the external screen which is pretty impressive. Nice little touches such as a voice recorder, stay-on flash, and in built converters (weight, currencies etc.) make for an excellent phone.
