Easy to ride. Gets attention. Makes commuting fun!

Bad Points
Centre stand is a bit awkward.

General Comments
The Vespa GT200 scooter is my first motorized 2-wheeler. It is very easy to handle. It is quick off the line, and has more than enough power to commute in a major city. Vespa claims it can do highway speeds (110-120 kph), but I haven't tried - I don't have enough experience under my belt.



I have ridden in the cold, in pouring rain, on streetcar tracks, and on beautiful sunny days, and the scooter is faithful through it all. I have done 1300kms on it in 6 weeks.



The Vespa may cost more, but I plan to grow old with this scooter - getting 30 years out of her should be no problem... THAT'S where the value for money comes from!
