The machine works with minimal set up right from the box. We've had it now for almost 3 years and it hasn't crashed ones. Solid as a rock.
Bad Points
Laughable 128MB RAM. Desperately needs more RAM.
General Comments
The eMachine T1840 is a good, functional, solid machine for a very attractive price. We have run everything from games to custom software and, with the exception of the low RAM, it goes along like a trooper.
