SAS Lounge at Copenhagen Airport.

Poor communication.


General Comments

Having spent $1200 additional to the Business Class seats with Scandinavian Airlines, for 2 "Sleepers" for the SK 973 Flight from Copenhagen to Singapore on 1/10/05, we did expect service, information, and personal support when our 22.45pm flight was delayed 1 & 1/2hrs, and then cancelled at 23.30pm. Shabby treatment was their approach, and our luggage, although checked in for the 7.20am flight to London, and then to Singapore on the 2/10, never made the flight!
