General Comments

I ordered a bed from the Pine Factory called "Shaker Bed 4' 6" Low End" for £115 and a further £30 was charged for delivery. The bed is a self assembly item and when I went through the assembly instructions I discovered that one of the items central to the construction of the base of the bed is missing. I called the The Pine Factory and was told that they were not able to deliver the missing part either I have to collect it from their warehouse or get it made myself and bill it to them. Both these options were not viable to me and I cancelled the order. I got a reply from the company telling me I was 'unreasonable'.

    Hope people take notice of these reviews - the Pine Factory shouldn't be used by anybody. Their site claims rapid delivery - I had to wait 11 weeks! If you do buy from them don't expect any after-sales service either. Truly appalling.

    Completely true, an utterly appalling company in every respect. Shocking consumer service and they just don't care and get rude with the customer if you dare to kick up a fuss!
