Internet banking is easy and convenient.
First 18 months is free banking.
Where paperwork is needed (e.g. overdrafts etc), it can take weeks to get sorted.
Account charges are relatively high after free period ends.
I have banked with Lloyds TSB since starting my business 2 years ago. They have met all my needs, and I am satisfied with the overall level of service.
I do not need much from a bank, so I opted for the lowest level of service, but still get regular customer courtesy calls from the same account manager who knows me and understands my business.
Account charges are a little high after the initial free period, but having read reviews of other banks, this is far outweighed by the generally excellent customer service.
Overdrafts are easy to arrange as are loans, the only difficulty is that paperwork seems to take about 6 days to receive, and then they don't seem to get it back for about 10 days after you've posted it.
Overall, I'm a happy customer.
