Bad Points

Worse Customer Service ever.


General Comments

I requested a package delivered to my work but UPS didn't show up; so I called their call center, and they told me that they would deliver it to my home the same day by 8PM, but they didn't, and they were closed when I called them. The next day there was no delivery, I called again, and the agent told me they would deliver to my home by 8PM !! I told him that they told me the same thing the previous day, but they didn't show up; so the agent put me on hold to find out, than he hung up on me; I called again and another agent hung up on me after I requested to talk to their supervisor; I called again and this time their agent was kind enough and didn't hung up on me, but he told me that the 8PM delivery story was not realistic, and there was no way for him to transfer me to their supervisor; my only option was to wait for them to call me back, and as you might guess, they never did.
Those people have no respect for their customers, and if a customer is not happy, they will hang.
