Hardware has nice design. Software has lots of bells and whistles.
Bad Points
Basic functions like address book are extremely undependable. Interface cryptic.
General Comments
This phone was a huge disappointment. Software corrupts often - my address book (fewer than 100 names) has been blown away 4 times in 6 months. Already had to do warranty exchange once. AT&T tech support doesn't know what's wrong with it, but will offer a second warranty exchange; Siemens is hard-nosed and arrogant about troubleshooting problems of basic features; their only offer is to install new software (1 week wait with no replacement phone). I know 3 other people in Chicago who have this phone and all are disappointed with it. Bought the Siemens brand, but never will again. Am buying another phone 6 months in to my contract.
