General Comments
I travel abroad quite a lot and have always been amazed by the crazy rates that are charged to make and receive mobile calls. Go Sim provide a whole range of prepaid cards for loads of countries. I especiually like their Global card - works in over 110 countries.

I agree that it is a fantastic idea to be able to use your phone without the overpriced roaming rates charged by some of our mobile providers. But beware I purchased a USA go-sim card, got it registered on arrival but could not apply the credit. Could not get customer assistance because card not registered in my name and guess what assistance I am getting when requesting a refund?

Between the time my original comments were entered and them being posted Gosim have been in contact with myself. A full refund has been arranged without quibble and refreshingly I was able to discuss my problems personally over the phone. This has restored my confidence in Gosim and I look forward to doing further business with them for my future travels.

Concerning my previous comment (which has now been removed) - I am very disturbed that I got an email from senior management of this company threatening to sue me if I did not retract my previous comment, and I don't know how they linked my pseudonym RayT to me, but they did.
However, they did send me a detailed report of the phone calls I made using my go-sim card. Unfortunately, although I only made a small number of successful calls, it appears that a number of attempts to dial that failed have been charged. I have been offered a refund and look forward to receiving it, and I do give this company credit for assiduously following up with the network data and time, date, numbers called etc. They do appear to legitimately attempt to provide a good service, but obviously results may vary.
