General Comments

Well, my story is I purchased an item around the 25th August from Bargain Furniture. One week later I did receive a call to say delivery date is 3rd October which I said was too long can they bring it forward and they did to the 21st September. Happy customer until then. No delivery on the 21st I called, not them to inform me of no delivery and they told me my couch was damaged on loading and there was none in stock and I would have to wait an additional week and half and they will call me within the week with a new delivery date. No call, so last week I called, and called and called.........and called with no answer (32 times over 3 days). I thought they had gone out of business. Finally someone answered and I was told they had problems with BT. Right ok fine I understand that, I was told I would be called back with in the day.....no call. Next day the same.....no call, when they answered the phone I actually swore which then meant they terminated the conversation resulting in no feedback anyway!!! I was to cancel my order and then I got a call from the transport office, which they said I will have my sofa delivered on the Friday 21st October. I am putting trust in this company and GOD now as it has gone this far. I understand things go wrong in business and I will accept the goods in good faith next Friday however if not I will be having 15 minutes of fame on Watchdog! I will update my review with the result which I hope will be positive. I want to be positive but let's see.
