I ordered two bedside tables on 2nd August 2005 from Bargain Furniture. As at 13th October they have yet to be delivered and I have cancelled the order. I have always had to contact Bargain Furniture to get updates on the order. They have repeatedly promised to phone back and have not. Payment was taken by Bargain Furniture on 3rd August and has not been reimbursed despite the repeated delays in delivery. I have now been informed that it will take 14 days to reimburse, even though it took 24 hours to collect.
