Good Points

Great photo prints while it worked.

Bad Points

Lasted about 8 months before the LCD screen went blank, rendering the entire unit useless. Apparently reviewers at another site had the same problem with units LCD screens going out as soon as 3 month. It appears EPSON is replacing the units under warranty with refurbished RX620 models that appear to have the same malfunctioning LCD screen.

Don't waste your $ on this product.

General Comments

The Epson RX600 LCD screen has history of breaking down from 6 to 10 months after purchase, if you have one that functions after one year of use then perhaps you never plugged it in.

I have had an Epson RX600 multifunction printer for 12 months and 2 weeks, and guess what? The LCD screen went blank yesterday, and the warranty has now run out! Just my luck! I had read several reviews last year prior to purchasing this machine, and it seemed a good product. Although it has worked well up until yesterday, it is now virtually useless as the on screen controls for all the settings cannot be seen. Having read several reports today about the same fault occurring with different people, I feel Epson should do something to compensate me for repairs - their repair centre have quoted £70 to inspect the machine and a further £40 to replace the LCD display. I will not buy another Epson!
