Cheap
Far from cheerful
Footlockers returns policy is the worse I have ever seen.
Having bought a pair of white Nike trainers from Footlocker I had to return them to the store in Edinburgh to get the next size up, The staff, especially the Manager were totally unhelpful to the point of rudeness.
Despite the fact that the soles of the shoes were pristine white (as they had not been worn), the Manager insisted they had, pointing to a very slight greyness around the cuff of the right one. When I pointed out this was the shoe that was on display, so others could have tried the shoe on, he stated 'He would never sell a shoe in that condition'. I pointed out shoes on his racks just like this, but he refused to exchange the shoes for the next size up.
So if you ever buy anything for this shop, make sure it has no slight marks on it, ask for fresh shoes, not the ones from display.
