Bad Points
*Short expiry of voucher
*Awful customer service
*Actual value of experioences can be booked independently for half of the cost
*I had to actually pay recorded delivery to show them proof of purchase before they would honour their worthless pieces of paper
General Comments
Overpriced experiences that come in voucher form that expire. If you are unlucky enough to be bought one of these as a gift- make sure the person who bought you it keeps a receipt as they will use this as a way to steal money off you.
Any trick they can use to not honour their vouchers, they will use.
I have now had 2 friends whose vouchers were said to have gone missing in the post. That's 2 independent vouchers - does that sound suspicious to you?

Having now booked my experience I can confirm that the mark up on my experience is a whopping 50% on £75 which is basically removing money from your gift to their pocket. No value is added whatsoever - all they do is act like a diary. I rung up today to finalise and they have said that I can have a choice of days for my experience - these were 14th Jan and errr....thats it.
Absolutely rubbish, no value added and monkeys behind the phone.
Avoid, avoid, avoid.
