All bad in my experience.


General Comments

I have never visited Dirty Hippo before today. I just found out that I have been charged over $120 over the past 3 months for product I neither received or approved of. In fact the line that got charged is rarely ever used and has never had an internet/data plan. No other people have access to this phone and it is turned off 90% of the time. I just sent my complaint to support@dirtyhippo.com. We'll see what happens. If this is not blatant fraud on their part then I have no idea how my phone number fell into the hands of the fraudsters causing this disruption.
