General Comments

I just received my cell phone bill to find $18.00 in charges from "dirtyhippo". I have never even heard of "Dirty Hippo" until I got this bill!!! I have never downloaded a thing on my phone...I don't even know how to!! They are scammers!!! I cannot contact them because their phone number only has a recording...no live person to speak to!! Tried emailing to just be ignored...no reponse back!!! I called my cell phone carrier and demanded they reverse these charges and they did. But I have to leave this message for others...this is fraud and "Dirty Hippo" is in fact dirty low down dogs!! Should be named "Dirty Dogs" !! BEWARE of these scam artists. It enrages me that they are getting rich by scamming innocent people. Shame on you!!
