General Comments

I purchased a bed from Dreams on 30th November 2004. It fell apart on 10th September 2005 still under guarantee. I spoke to the shop where I bought the said bed who was very unhelpful. In the last month I have written to there head office and phoned a dozen times with promises of someone is going to phone back and arrange for the bed to be fixed. No letters or phone calls have been received and I am still waiting for the bed to fixed while my son sleeps on the floor.

I've only just ordered my bed which is a superking size with added length.( my partner is well over six foot) and I was informed that wooden frames are not available for this size, and this was our preferred choice, I ended up with no other option but to buy a normal base for a bed this size.

I visited dreams as i assumed that they would be able to supply me with the bed of my dreams, however, i have had to compromise. It was explained to me by a very helpful sales assistant the reasons why they are not made anymore in that size, but surely if you are able to specially make the mattress, surely you would be able to make a wooden frame?

My son is also sleeping on the floor this Christmas because his bed from Dreams collapsed and we currently pursuing them with trading standards. Was your bed a Malmo highsleeper like ours, as I understand from Dreams own staff, that they had loads of problems with this bed and have now withdrawn it from sale
