Good Points

Easy to use and access / control whenever I want.
Good interest rates.
No constant streams of useless post.
My money not invested in dodgy companies.
All post offices act as your branch.


Bad Points

You need to be happy using the Internet as your main contact / interface - if you are it's spot on. If not it would be frustrating, but then it is an internet bank!
Can't think of much else - very happy with them myself.


General Comments

I have a Smile account, and have had it for about 2 years now. I think it's an excellent service. I love the fact that the company commits to not investing my money in dubious companies that cause the world / people harm, it means I don't have to think about it, and I know I can trust their own policies. Beyond that I've found it to be an excellent commercially driven service, that's at the top of the Internet Banking game, and gives you an excellent rate of interest.
I get my money out of any cash machine for free... I drop my cheques into any post office I happen to be passing... I apply for a loan from the other side of the world (to pay for a few extra holiday meals), and the money's in my account an hour later. I really have had a great experience so far, so I'd definitely recommend them.
