On-site repairs were excellent!
Technical help is hard to get at certain times.
I was recommended to buy a custom built PC from Mesh, and so far, apart from a power supply problem I had, which Mesh sorted at my home, I have had no problems whatsoever, and I would buy again, although I probably wouldn't need to, as it is a PC that lends itself to ease of upgrading.
