General Comments
The ipod is a terrible product,ear foams do not fit snuggly, so you can lose them easily. I called Apple for a refund, but they wouldn't. I asked for a replacement even though they were cheap, they wouldn't. They said it would be $9.99 and they're made in China! they are really out there to get your money, they're really a rip-off!
