Cheap.
Bad Points
Horrible quality. They do not honor their guarantees. Had to pay extra to get out of the phone card.
General Comments
Using an internet phone is better than using a phone card.
Phone calls dropped a lot with 1stPhoneCard, and there was too much noise.
When I asked for a refund they charged an extra fee and refused to stand by their guarantee.
Get a real phone card!
