General Comments

In February I had a new meter fitted because the old one was leaking gas. In May I changed my supplier to NPower (no better!) This was when I got my final statement from Scottish Power. To my horror I owed them a substantial amount of money. I checked my meter to find that the serial numbers did not match (they still had the old one), and the readings were out by miles. I spoke to them, and they told me to sort it with NPower. so I did. Next came the bailiffs letters. I spoke to both NPower and Scottish Power, and neither would help, both blaming each other. Still, 4 months down the line it is not sorted out, and I have now had to get Energy Watch involved. NPower have sorted their bit out from May, but Scottish Power still owe me money, and I am not getting very far because no one will take ownership of the problem, including Transco who changed the meter.
