General Comments
I thought I was unfortunate and had the bad luck to buy a lemon like the Sony RDR GX3 DVD recorder, but it seems I am not alone in my misery. Despite reading the user manual umpteen times, getting this machine to record was always a hit or miss affair. In fact it just does NOT do what it's designed to do on a regular basis. I say WAS a hit and miss affair, because after so many failures I have finally dumped it in the garage and cut my losses. I have always had Sony TV's - excellent, but this is rubbish!
