Good Points

Non all bad, worst customer service ever.


Bad Points

I pay by direct debit every month and Powergen can increase payment as required simple or so I thought ?

Powergen just sent out a letter demanding immediate payment to clear current balance even though payments are being made every month on budget plan and they can increase payment as required.

Call centre in India and advice given was to ignore official Powergen letter ?????

Received letter today from Powergen suggesting that I was a bad debtor.

Decided to immediately terminate my contract and go with someone else who wants to stay in business and has heard of customer satisfaction.


General Comments

I have been with Powergen for many years and wished that I had changed service provider before now.

After receieving advice from call centre in India to ignore official Powergen letters, I have decided to look for another service provider.

The thing that really capped it for me was the bad debtor letter demanding immediate payment even though Powergen could automatically increase payments by direct debit on budget plan as required.

Was treated as though I was a bad,late payer even though I have never missed a payment in last ten years and pay by direct debit every month.
